PodSum.app is a dynamic AI application designed to create audio summaries of podcast episodes. Users can upload their podcast episodes, add introductory and separator sounds, select their desired summary length (short, medium, or long), and press "Sum it!" The application evaluates the episode's type and topic, extracting pertinent sections to form an audio summary. The summarized content can then be downloaded as an MP3 file. Currently in version 0.2 and recognizing the possibility of bugs, PodSum.app provides podcasters with an efficient means of crafting engaging summaries, with promises of future enhancements. All user data is guaranteed to be erased post-summarization.
